We are back! Not much to say except I'M TIRED! Only got about 1.5 hrs of sleep on the 12 hr flight. For some reason, Mary Lyn just didn't want to sleep..imagine that. Our trip ended on a good note. We found a great school for Aubrey. And we also found a house to rent. We are very pleased. Both are in Chapel Hill; which is right outside Brisbane. So Joel can ride his bike or take a 30 minute bus ride to work. There is a bus stop right outside our house that goes directly downtown.
I took the Escape tonight to get some dinner. It was very weird driving on the right side of the road. It will be interesting learning to drive on the left...and parallel parking. I'm NOT looking forward to that. I hate parallel parking with a passion.
Should be an interesting night because ML has been sleeping since 4pm; so I'm sure she'll be up tonight. All well, maybe this will be a great "date night" with my long lost friend, tivo. Oh how I've missed you...
