So we finally made it to IKEA. It was nice to have some familiarity. We were surprised that the prices were basically the same as the US (within $5 or so). It's about 30 minutes southeast of our house. It's HUGE. It's an experience. You park in a carpark. And then go upstairs to the store. Crazy. Aubrey was excited to go. She was a little confused that it was here in Australia not in Utah. She couldn't get past that there was more than one IKEA. She was excited that this IKEA also had a children's play area. Mary Lyn had a good time too. We wound up purchasing a new tv stand for the living room. Later Joel made a trip to the local electronics warehouse JB Hi-Fi to get a new tv. Pretty sweet. One inch bigger than our last :). It feels good to get rid of some rental stuff.
